I was born in 1990 in The Netherlands and studied animation at HKU University of the Arts Utrecht and gruaduated in 2017.

I made 6 films at HKU, including my graduation film Flower Found! It was selected at Annecy, Zagreb, Stuttgart, Ottawa and Hiroshima, and has won awards at KLIK, Anima Brussels, Anibar, TIAF and others. Flower Found! was also screening at theaters across North America as part of the 20th Animation Show of Shows.

My debut film Varken, made with Studio Pupil, was finished in 2022.
It was selected for over 220 festivals and won awards at Cinekid, Kaboom and ITFS, and 40 other festivals.
I am also organising the FluXus Animation Film Festival in Zaandam, in collaboration with the FluXus art center.
